Hallmark and UnREAL star Brennan Elliott is mourning the loss of his wife, Camilla Row, after her years-long battle with cancer.
“There is no easy way to say this, but I know my wife @Camilla_row would have wanted me to thank every person from all over the world who prayed for her over the last eight years,” Elliott began in an emotional Saturday Instagram post. “She suffered immeasurably trying to survive and live with #stage4gastriccancer.”
Saying his heart was “devastated,” the actor continued, “My beloved wife passed away at 5:28 this morning. Our babies and I lost our rock, a person who not only was the love of my life, my soulmate, my best friend, and lover, but the toughest, strongest, [most] fearless person I have ever met in my life, and the greatest mother to her babies.”
Row, a clinical psychologist, married Elliott in September 2011. The couple share two children, Luna and Liam. They opened up about Row’s diagnosis in 2024, announcing that she had been diagnosed with gastric cancer, otherwise known as stomach cancer, in 2018.

“The pain she endured only I might know, but [I] assure all who loved her she is in peace with no more pain,” Elliott wrote. “You are with the Lord now, my queen! You are free! Heaven is a far better place with you in it, my love. THANK YOU for being the best wife, mother, and friend I’ve ever known. What you did for the gastric cancer community was immeasurable, but what you did for me as a man will last forever.”
He added, “I love and am in love and will always be in love with you, my baby! I know u r dancing and are on vacation in heaven and free from the grips of cancer. When the Lord calls me and it’s my time, I will c u in heaven and we will start dancing again!! I will always be your hot mess! Missing you on this plane forever, but will c u soon!”
Fans and costars reacted to Elliott’s post with kind words.
“Mate, sending you and the family all the love & strength there is in the world,” fellow Hallmark actor Will Kemp wrote. “My arms are flying across seas to hug you tight, my friend.”
“My man, I’m so, so, so sorry,” wrote Elliott’s former UnREAL costar Adam Demos. “Sending you and the family so much love!”
Actor Cameron Mathison wrote that Elliott’s post brought her to tears. “We’ve talked many times through her journey, and I just love you all so much. I’m so, so sorry for your loss, and may you hold onto her beautiful memories for a lifetime.”
After staying private on social media before her diagnosis, Row began using her accounts to detail her experience with gastric cancer.
“If I have limited time, I’m going to make my time worth it and count,” Row told Today in February 2024. “Knowing that I can make a difference really helps me feel like my disease is not in vain.”
