You can take the Disney Channel star out of Camp Rock, but you can’t take Camp Rock out of the Disney Channel star, as Demi Lovato proved during a recent trip to the House of Mouse mothership: Disneyland.

Nearly 17 years after her child-star breakout in the first Camp Rock TV movie in 2008, the 32-year-old actor-musician shared an Instagram Tuesday recreating one of her iconic (and heavily meme’d) poses from the musical film — which she affectionately dubbed the “Dis-knees.”

“Couldn’t go to Disney without doing the Dis-knees,” Lovato wrote in the video’s caption, underneath a clip that showed her hitting the Dis-knees pose five times throughout different locations at the Anaheim, Calif.–based theme park resort.

Lovato was captured striking the pose by the water at Pixar Pier, inside the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction, in front of the park’s castle at night, on the main drag of the Cars Land area, and as she and a cast member walked on top of the track of the high-speed Radiator Springs Racers ride.

Finally, she soundtracked the clip with the first Camp Rock film’s signature duet, “This Is Me,” which she sang with Joe Jonas for a scene in the movie that, yes, also includes Lovato doing the Dis-knees pose all the way back in 2008.

Camp Rock followed Lovato as a talented singer stuck working inside a musical camp’s kitchen whose talents are discovered and eventually fostered by a teen idol (Jonas).

After Lovato’s career skyrocketed on Disney Channel thanks to the movie (she’d go on to front the network series Sonny With a Chance in 2009), she’d reprise her role in the 2010 sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

In other nostalgic, music-related happenings at Disneyland, Hercules voice actress Susan Egan recently made a surprise appearance at the resort’s ’90s Nite event, where she surprised attendees at a karaoke session with an impromptu rendition of Alan Menken and David Zippel’s “I Won’t Say (I’m in Love),” which she initially sang as her character, Meg, in the 1997 Disney animated classic.
